Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations more than 15 days prior to arrival date: full refund– Cancellations between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival date: 50% refund will be done
– Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival date: full amount to be charged
– In case of no-show: full amount will be charged.
– Cancellations due to force majeure (e.g. restrictions due to Covid-19): full refund will be given.
– If at the moment of the delivery of the scooter the guest will not be able to drive it, the scooter will not be given and the full amount will be charged.
– If at the moment of the delivery of the scooter the guest will not have the correct documentation the scooter will not be given and the full amount will be charged.
